Process
Chateau Cristi Family Reserve Cabernet Franc 2020 - aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Gentle filtration of the wine before bottling preserves the maximum aromas and full flavor of the wine.
Provenance
100% - Chateau Cristi vineyards, geographically protected zone of Valul lui Traian, south of the Republic of Moldova, village of Gavanoasa.
Vino Vero delivers wine orders within Belgium and selected European Union countries, in compliance with applicable alcohol transport and distance selling regulations.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that wine shipments are subject to age verification. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal drinking age in your country).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and packaging requirements. Wines are shipped using protective packaging designed specifically for glass bottles.
We currently ship to addresses accessible by standard courier services. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
---In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without providing a reason.
Important exception for wine products:
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we can only accept returns if the bottles are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. For quality, safety, and traceability reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened, damaged after delivery, or improperly stored by the customer.
---If you receive an incorrect item, damaged bottles, or a product affected during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and bottles.
In case of an error on our part or transport damage, Vino Vero will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund, in accordance with Belgian consumer law.
---Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Vino Vero.
